Job summary

Summary

Lead distribution strategy and execution across the Americas for hard-sided leather goods and home & lifestyle, aligning inventory flow with commercial objectives. Partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Logistics and Retail teams to optimize stock levels, support product launches and high-end events, and drive continuous improvement through data and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end distribution processes with Merchandising, Logistics, repair centers and HQ Supply Chain for new and existing products.
• Monitor order and stock target fulfillment to maximize sales and provide visibility to retail stores and merchandising teams.
• Support retail teams on inventory optimization, rebalancing and overstock management.
• Manage supply chain execution for high-end events to ensure seamless product availability.
• Design and maintain BI tools, dashboards and KPIs; leverage Power BI, SQL and other tools for reporting and process improvement.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years progressive experience in data analysis, supply chain management and distribution.
• Strong proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Proven problem-solving skills and experience driving process optimization and reducing lead times.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Affinity for the luxury industry; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
