Job Responsibilities
  • Drive Partner Sourced Opportunities, through the robust selling organization within our Strategic Distributers and through their expansive deep bench of Partners (VARs, DMRs, MSPs)
  • Drive and grow qualified Deal Registration by leveraging account mapping, enablement, and highly curated field marketing events with partners aligned to our Strategic Distributers
  • Set up and hold regional Partner Customer focused events that drive Pipeline growth through Deal Registrations
  • Work cross functionally, across internal BlueCat teams (Marketing, Partner Program Office, Sales, Operations) to ensure Distribution growth
  • Create and Implement sales and technical trainings for all Distribution teams
  • Build and implement growth plans and QBRs for our dedicated Distribution Partners
  • Provide insight to leadership into Partner Pipeline, Deal Registrations and open opportunities
  • Align and work closely with regional Sales leaders/teams and technical resources
  • Identify, address and hand hold to success all EoQ/EoY ops and issues that are being addressed with our Strategic Distribution Partners
  • Hit and surpass quarterly MBOs and KPIs

Reports to VP, Americas Channel

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of Distribution experience with TDS (Tech Data SYNNEX) and /or others
  • Strong understanding of the Channel, Channel Management and SaaS solution selling
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, coordinate events, meet multiple deadlines
  • Work in a cross functional Environment to ensure team success
  • Preferred to reside in Greenville SC, Phoenix, or Clearwater FL but will consider other areas based on experience.
  • 25% - 40% travel is expected
