• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates, providing coaching and support while building an inclusive culture.
• Uphold health and safety regulations to foster a safety-focused environment.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; provide regular reports and recommendations to management.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and frontline staff to ensure transparency and teamwork.
