Job summary

Martin-Brower invites you to a 12-week summer Distribution Operations Internship in a fast-paced multi-million-dollar distribution center in the United States. You will shadow distribution leaders, gain exposure to the full lifecycle of our distribution model, participate in process improvement initiatives, and deliver a final presentation to senior leadership.

Responsibilities include rotating through all center functions, leading specific projects, and training activities to build business

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree
• 0–2 years of related work experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all functions of the distribution center (warehouse operations, transportation, restaurant services/customer service/field service, inventory, HR)
• Function as lead on specific projects
• Participate in internship program training activities, development opportunities, and events
• Develop business acumen by gaining understanding of all business areas
• Timely completion of business-specific projects and tasks
• Other projects or duties as assigned
