Diamond Infrastructure Solutions is hiring a Distribution Operator for our Freeport, TX site. You will manage site logistics, operate distribution equipment, and ensure safe, on-time delivery of products to customers.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, ability to work a rotating schedule, and US work eligibility. TWIC card may be required; US driver license is mandatory. Dow-affiliated role seconded to Diamond Infra through Jan 1, 2027.

You will work in site logistics, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our products to customers. Your responsibilities will include:Operating and monitoring distribution equipmentEnsuring compliance with safety and environmental regulationsCollaborating with team members to optimize processesRequired QualificationsA minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.Ability to work a rotating shift.Must be 18 years or older.Work overtime and holidays as needed and the ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.Possession of a TWIC card or eligibility to obtain a TWIC card may be required for this position based on final hiring location. Must be able to wear and use personal protective equipment (PPE), including harnesses with a total weight capacity of 300lbs.
