Who You Are

As a Distribution Operator, you will move, stock, and stage products using a walkie rider or other material handling equipment. You will learn RF scanning, pass and maintain industrial lift truck certification, including certification on one of our three stand-up forklifts. Walkie Rider experience is preferred.

Work Location

Our distribution center is located in Carlisle, PA.

Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customer specifics and value-added services.
• Maintain PIT certification on a walkie rider and demonstrate competency with RF scanning devices.
• Perform all Distribution Operator duties, including partial picking, supporting Small Parcel, warehouse sanitation, hand unloading import containers, and supporting projects.
• Meet productivity standards of 95%.
• Report quality and inventory variances.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of facilities, equipment, and tools, following sanitation practices.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Assist in operational functions as needed.

Physical/Environmental Requirements

Must be able to stand for extended periods, handle materials up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance, and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and climbing. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception. Work environment includes exposure to weather, mechanical parts, high places, noise, and chemicals.
