Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Distribution Operations Supervisor Trainee for a full-time, Monday-Friday schedule. You will assist the department manager with daily operations, GEMBA audits, and team support across warehouse and distribution functions, while gaining core management skills.

You will interact with stakeholders to review financials and metrics, drive improvements, and help lead teams and rollout of new programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of related experience or HS diploma with 3–5+ years of experience.
Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

The Distribution Operations Supervisor Trainee supports the department manager in daily, weekly, and monthly activities and GEMBA audits.
Engages in basic operations and management skills training and learns key aspects of the business.
Interacts with stakeholders to achieve operational goals while reviewing financials and metrics for improvements.
Supports local leadership with leading employees and distribution activities in partnership with warehouse, merchandising, and sales.
Builds effective teams through communication to deliver performance management and rollout of new programs.
Other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
