Job summary

Leica Camera North America seeks a Distribution Operations Coordinator at our U.S. Corporate Office in Teaneck, NJ. This full-time role reports to the Distribution Director and offers comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate automated B2B orders via ERP systems.
• Enter customer orders from various channels into the ERP system.
• Verify order information for completeness and accuracy, including pricing and shipping.
• Assist with order changes, cancellations, backorders, and returns.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Provide customer service to external customers and sales reps.
• Maintain order records and support data reporting for stakeholders.
• Process credit notes and stock transport orders for company stores.
• Monitor invoices for delivered goods and liaise with accounting.
• Support logistics and distribution projects.

Role Overview

Leica Camera is seeking to identify candidates for a Distribution Operations Coordinator position at our U.S. Corporate Office in Teaneck, NJ. Position directly reports to the Distribution Director. This is a full-time position offering full benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate automated B2B orders received via integrated systems (EDI, API, or other automation platforms).
• Accurately enter customer orders from various sales channels and internal customers into the ERP system, including E-Mail, phone, and online platforms.
• Review and validate order information for completeness and accuracy, including pricing, product codes, customer data, and shipping details.
• Assist with processing order changes, cancellations, backorders, and returns according to company policies.
• Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Inventory Management) to ensure order accuracy.
• Provide customer service to external customers and sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate order records and support data reporting efforts for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain consumer accounts in the ERP system and process credit card billings for the same.
• Process credit notes.
• Process stock transport Orders and Credits for company-owned stores.
• Monitor and troubleshoot potential issues with invoices for all delivered finished goods and pass them to the accounting department.
• Provided general support to logistics and distribution projects
