THE JOB:
As a Distribution Specialist you will ensure accurate rates, inventory, and policies across MGM systems while serving as a liaison between guests and third-party partners to resolve reservation and billing inquiries.

THE STARTING RATE: $19.00/HR

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Ensure accuracy of rates, restrictions, inventory, and policies across all MGM systems

  • Respond to guest and third-party inquiries, including Best Rate Guarantee claims

  • Use third-party tools to resolve reservation and billing issues; escalate when needed

  • Monitor rate parity and identify discrepancies across booking channels

  • Support special projects, including data maintenance, documentation, and timing tests

  • Input manual reservations into the MGM central system

  • Perform daily tasks such as rate/policy updates, reservation changes, revenue collection, commission research, and promotion setup across channels

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Is 18+ years old

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

  • 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience

  • Previous experience in working with the following systems: HBSI, Derbysoft, Opera PMS and ORS, Onyx, and OTA
