What I changed: I reorganized the original description into the required candidate-facing format, consolidated repetitive safety and housekeeping language, and separated baseline qualifications from relevant preferred experience. I also retained the $22.50/hour rate, 4:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. shift, physical requirements, and key operational duties rather than introducing qualifications that were not in the source JD.
