Job summary

David Caleb Cook Foundation, LLC Elgin distribution facility seeks a team member to move product efficiently from receiving through fulfillment. Responsibilities include inbound stock prep, replenishment to flow racks, order picking across TL, LTL, and small package, and cycle counting.

You'll operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts and use Körber Edge WMS with handheld scanners, maintaining safety and cleanliness. 0–2 years in distribution, HS diploma, and forklift certification are required.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Distribution/Logistics (Material Handling, Receiving, or Cycle Counting).
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Forklift certification for sit-down and stand-up equipment.
• Proficient use of Körber Edge WMS and handheld scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Move and stage inbound stock and replenishment to flow racks and pallet positions.
• Perform order picking across TL, LTL, and Small Package.
• Assist with cycle counting and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping and tool readiness on the distribution floor.
