Job summary

IMS, a global marketing solutions company, is seeking a Distribution Manager for its Kenosha, WI facility. You will lead distribution and project management efforts, manage inventory, and drive process improvements across receiving, shipping, and fulfillment while ensuring ISO 9001:2008 standards.

The role requires an associate degree, 8+ years experience in POP/POS distribution, strong Excel skills, and proven leadership of 10–50 staff including contracted labor.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formatting.
• 8+ years distribution and project management experience in POP/POS.
• Experience with WMS and RF; Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for P&L in distribution; manage monthly forecasts and expenses.
• Oversee inventory control, receiving, shipping and distribution accuracy.
• Plan and manage projects, staff, space and supplies to meet client needs.
• Lead and develop teams of 10–50 direct/contracted staff; ensure safety and compliance.
