As the Distribution Manager, you will supervise the operation and maintenance of a municipal utility distribution system (potable water distribution) to ensure that management and employees are working within the scope of all federal, state, and local regulations. Will oversee to ensure all contract deliverables are being met in accordance with Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Will interact with the client as needed to fulfill their needsresolve any concerns and ensure scope of work is being executed correctly. Will develop employees and department staff as needed to meet or exceed requirements of project. Will oversee all ordering and planning functions of project needs. This position is directly responsible for compliant execution of all distribution system related work and overall performance of the Distribution department.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $85,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
