Sodexo in Austin, TX is hiring a Route Driver to deliver vending, self-checkout, or office coffee service products on a Monday–Friday morning route. This full-time role offers base pay plus commission and requires strong customer service and safe driving practices.

You will stock customer areas and coordinate with clients to understand and support their needs, while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package.

What You’ll Do

As a Route Driver (Base Pay + Commission) at Sodexo, you will use people skills and a commitment to quality assurance and safety to successfully deliver product in the vending, self-checkout, or office coffee service channels. You will use your customer service skills to insure that customer's areas are accurately stocked and work with customers to understand and support their needs.

Responsibilities include

• Drive a vehicle that, based on weight, meets the Motor Carrier Act exemption from overtime pay under the Fair Labor Standards Act on assigned route(s)
• Delivery product orders to customers to ensure continuous supply
• Ensures customer areas adequately stocked (vending machine, market, or coffee supplies)
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
