Job summary

Jobtailor in Illinois is seeking a senior warehouse leader to direct day-to-day distribution operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments. You will lead by example on the warehouse floor, ensuring accuracy, productivity and safety while coaching managers who oversee 500+ employees.

As a KPI-driven leader, you will drive continuous improvement, remove barriers, and implement data-driven solutions to deliver industry-leading service and same-day shipping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years leading high-volume operations with 400+ team members.
• Proven track record of productivity, quality, and safety improvements.
• Experience with KPI-led management and WMS.
• Strong problem-solving and communication in fast-paced environments.

• Investigate operational challenges, remove barriers and implement practical, data‑driven improvements that strengthen warehouse performance.

Qualifications

• Proven success improving productivity, quality and safety through operational leadership.
• Experience leading with KPIs, performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and decision‑making skills in a fast‑paced environment.
