Job summary

KYOCERA SENCO Industrial Tools, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate a cherry picker/reach truck, pick customer orders, and ensure accurate loading. You will use an RF scanner to track items and follow safety procedures.

The role requires 1–2 years forklift experience, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and a readiness to work on 1st or 2nd shift in a full-time position with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of forklift or distribution experience.
• Must pass forklift certification/recertification.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Comfort working in environments with noise, dirt and fumes per OSHA.
• Ability to work 50% of shift standing; team environment.

Responsibilities

Schedule

FULL-TIME
1st and 2nd shift

Basic Function

Operate a cherry picker/reach truck to pull customer orders from warehouse inventory, track items with an RF scanner, and ensure safety and accuracy in handling and loading.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Using a cherry picker / reach truck pull customer orders from warehouse inventory.


• Use RF scanner to track and record pulled items.


• Use proper safety practices to pull and stack inventory.


• Follow order slips to ensure the order is correct before loading.


• Completes all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience with a forklift.


• High School Degree/GED is preferred.


• Is comfortable working with heights.


• Must be able to operate a cherry picker/reach truck.


• Is able to work in a team environment.


• Has strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Must have 1-2 years of experience in a distribution department.


• Must be able to pass our forklift certification/recertification course.


• 100% of the time, must be able to lift, stoop, bend, walk, pull, and carry +/- 75 pounds.


• Must be able to withstand continuous exposure to disagreeable noise, dirt, and fumes within the OSHA allowance.


• Must be comfortable working in an environment where there is possible exposure to lost-time accidents, including but not limited to the hands, arms, feet, or back.


• 50% of the time spent standing throughout the shift.


• Must obtain a forklift and LTL license to operate powered and non-powered material handling equipment.
