Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and execute distribution operations including packing, pulling, shipping, and receiving products per company procedures
• Manage the timely receipt, storage, retrieval, and delivery of goods
• Develop and maintain relationships with team members, sales force, customer service and marketing personnel
• Support cycle counts and audits for inventory
• Review and prepare documents such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders; prepare documentation for freight airway bills and export documents
• Maintain organized records of shipments and returns
• Assist with maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment
• Communicate with customers, distributors, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate information, take orders, and address complaints
