Job summary

Blend Supply, LTD is a family-owned aerospace and industrial distributor delivering coatings, sealants, and adhesives to aviation, military, and industrial customers. The role oversees a small DC1 team on a typical Monday–Friday schedule, ensuring safe, accurate handling and shipping of products.

You will train staff, verify materials, and coordinate with Quality and Purchasing to maintain high inventory accuracy while promoting a clean, efficient DC environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse, distribution, or inventory work with leadership experience.
• Color vision screening required to verify coatings color matching.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook; comfortable learning an ERP system.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-first mindset.
• DOT hazmat certification (and IATA if shipping by air) within 90 days; forklift training/evaluation provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead a DC1 team of 5–6 warehouse associates; assign daily work and priorities.
• Train new hires on Blend work instructions; maintain training records.
• Operate forklift for receiving, putting away, and moving products safely.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders to Blend standards using shipping software.
• Handle hazardous materials shipments per DOT/IATA rules.
