Spartpower Home Entertainment Systems in Texas is seeking a Distribution Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations for appliances and home electronics. You will help process inventory, returns, and AR submissions while coordinating with sales, purchasing, and accounting.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of logistics experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to lift heavy items. This role requires reliability, adaptability, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in a logistics/warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift objects over 100 lbs with assistance.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Familiar with inventory management and POS software.
• Excellent communication and customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support daily activities in the appliance/home electronics warehouse.
• Process incoming/outgoing inventory and AR submissions.
• Act as a point of contact for sales, purchasing, and accounting.
• Direct delivery staff related to work orders, routes, and internal activities.
