Job summary

Applicants should have journeyman credentials, distribution experience, and a valid Class A CDL with medical card. Background checks and drug screening are mandatory per company policy.

Qualifications

• Journeyman classification required for lead foreman role.
• Transmission and distribution experience preferred.
• A valid Class A CDL with medical card is required.
• Proficiency with electrical distribution systems preferred.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise all energized & de-energized work assigned to the crew.
• Supervise the work of all crew members.
• Maintain proper care of assigned Company equipment and tools.
• Take responsibility for the crew and its safety.
• Enforce Company safety rules and procedures.
• Perform other duties as directed or required.

Elliot is a full-service electrical contractor specializing in overhead and underground distribution, transmission, substations, lighting, traffic signaling, utility locating and industrial/commercial services.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Foreman is to plan and supervise all work assigned to the crew.

• Supervise and plan all energized & de-energized work assigned to the crew.
• Supervise the work of all crew members.
• Maintain the proper care of assigned Company equipment and tools.
• Assume the responsibility for the crew.
• Observe & assist with enforcement of Company safety rules.
• Perform other duties as directed or required.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Classification
• Transmission & Distribution experience preferred
• Valid Class A CDL and medical card required
• Proficiency with electrical distribution systems preferred
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
