Job summary

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience with a B.S. in an ABET-accredited engineering discipline.
Ability to perform Engineer I activities.

Responsibilities

Design and develop advanced engineering solutions for power distribution.
Analyze projects and prepare comprehensive design criteria.
Provide guidance and mentorship to Engineer I and interns.
Identify and resolve engineering challenges, proposing innovative solutions.
Ensure all engineering/design work adheres to industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Preparation of technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Maintain comprehensive records of project developments and changes.
Participate in stakeholder meetings to provide technical insights and updates.
Engage in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
