Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain switching certification within six months of entry.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch outage and routine service orders to field personnel.
• Monitor progress of work orders and document details for reports.
• Direct crews during distribution/substation operations and switching orders.
• Maintain logs, reference procedures, and ensure safety compliance.
• Support 24-hour operation and respond to emergencies as required.
