Job summary

MKS Instruments, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a Distribution Coordinator Team Lead to drive daily distribution operations, coordinate material flow, and provide day-to-day leadership to the distribution team.

You will organize, prioritize, and assign work to ensure timely, accurate shipping, receiving, storage and inventory records, while working with the Sr. Supervisor, Materials to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of related experience.
  • Ability to organize, schedule, and assign work to ensure material requirements are met in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating and providing day-to-day direction to team members.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Distribution team, ensuring customer requirements are met in a timely and high-quality manner.
  • Organize, prioritize, and assign work to support efficient material flow and meet operational requirements.
  • Perform shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution activities, including maintaining accurate inventory and shipment records.
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials, verifying deliveries against purchase orders and identifying discrepancies as needed.
  • Prepare materials and documentation for shipment, including packaging, posting shipping information, and coordinating final shipment activities.
  • Support warehouse operations by stocking materials, preparing production kits, and safely operating material handling equipment, including forklifts, as required.

A Day in Your Life at MKS: As an Distribution Coordinator Team Lead at MKS Inc., you will partner with our warehouse and distribution team to coordinate daily distribution operations, support material flow, and provide day to day leadership to the team. In this role, you will report to the Sr. Supervisor, Materials. You Will Make an Impact By: Coordinate the day to day activities of the Distribution team, ensuring customer requirements are met in a timely and high-quality manner. Organize, prioritize, and assign work to support efficient material flow and meet operational requirements. Perform shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution activities, including maintaining accurate inventory and shipment records. Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials, verifying deliveries against purchase orders and identifying discrepancies as needed. Prepare materials and documentation for shipment, including packaging, posting shipping information, and coordinating final shipment activities. Pay Range: Total Base Pay Range $26.51 - 44.18 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.

Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
