Job summary

EssilorLuxottica seeks a Distribution Clerk in Greensboro to manage merchandise in the Distribution Center for distribution to stores. You will receive, process, stock, pick, prepare for new stores, and ship merchandise per procedures.

The role requires 1+ year of experience, strong math skills, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Flexible hours and overtime may be required; prior distribution center or warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of executive experience.
• Excellent mathematical aptitude/numerical recognition.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested by Supervisors/Manager.
• Ability to communicate and cooperate with DC associates.
• Ability to use material handling equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.).
• Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work in a stand/walk position for up to 10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming merchandise/product.
• Processes merchandise/product per established procedures.
• Stocks merchandise/product to the appropriate location.
• Picks merchandise per established procedures and replenishment schedule.
• Prepares merchandise/product for new stores.
• Prepares merchandise/product for shipment.
• Completes projects as assigned by DC Supervisor and/or Manager.
