The Kendall Group in Michigan is hiring a Distribution Center Lead to support materials management and lead Distribution Center Associates. You will help ensure work processes are followed and assist with training and development to keep operations efficient.
Key duties include guiding daily tasks, managing queues in the Kendall system, prioritizing orders, checking accuracy, handling shipments, inventory control, and safety compliance.

Role Summary: Reporting to the Distribution Center Supervisor, the Distribution Center Lead is responsible for supporting the materials management function of the department that the Distribution Center Lead is over. The Distribution Center Lead is essential to the overall operation of the business. While specific daily tasks can vary depending on the company, a Distribution Center Leads' main responsibility is ensuring Distribution Center Associates are successfully following work processes and assisting them with training and development.
