Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deliver technical training for associates in a distribution center. You will lead sessions on equipment operation, safety protocols, and process standards, ensuring learning is practical and compliant with company policy.

You'll assess progress, provide ongoing coaching, and partner with operations and HR to uphold performance goals and safety metrics across shifts and temperature extremes in the warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in selection or lift techniques, preferably within an ADUSA distribution environment.
• Candidates must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and work in varying temperature environments from -5 to 90+ degrees Fahrenheit.
