Ferguson Enterprises, LLC seeks a dedicated training specialist to support onboarding and ongoing development for warehouse staff. You will conduct on-the-job training, lead PIT certification efforts, and ensure safety standards are met across departments.

Responsibilities include coordinating orientation, auditing training processes, and providing guidance to associates to improve operational efficiency and compliance within a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of training / trainer experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience in operation of Powered Industrial Equipment (PIT) such as forklifts and order pickers.
• Ability to communicate training content to non-English-speaking associates using translation devices or similar tools.
• Demonstrates active listening and ability to apply training instructions.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the ELM Enterprise Learning Management system.
• Experience in training content development or instructional design is preferred.

Responsabilidades

Hours: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM. This role requires flexibility in scheduling and availability to work overtime based on operational needs, including working day shift hours in support of new hire onboarding.

Responsibilities Supports orientation training schedules for new and tenured associates Conducts and facilitates on the job training for Ferguson DC associates Trains associates on safety requirements within the warehouse Completes one-on-one training of job specific warehouse operations and WMS processes Audits work for adherence to training standards and SOPs Meets regularly with senior leadership and department leaders to provide suggestions for improvement Ensures accurate tracking of training status for each associate Audits training processes for each department to ensure consistency to SOPs Leads all Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) training in the warehouse, including initial certification, recertification and accident retraining's. Provides recurrent training for all certification and required safety training programs Provide guidance and mentorship to associates

Qualifications 3+ years of training / trainer experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred Experience in operation of and training on Powered Industrial Equipment (PIT), such as forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and successful implementation of general safety programs Prioritize, multitask and manage priorities through effective organization, delegation, and time leadership skills Uses creativity and adaptability when leveraging translation devices, programs, and other resources to communicate training content and direction to non‑English‑speaking associates Demonstrates effective listening skills through full understanding & execution Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and our learning management system: (ELM) Enterprise Learning Management Training content development or instructional design is preferred Demonstrated experience building dynamic PowerPoint presentations Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations to groups and communicate seamlessly with audiences across all levels Strong interpersonal & customer service skills and a team-centric mentality Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.

• - Pay Range:
• - $15.58 - $33.85
• - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• - This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• - Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
