Job summary

Job Posting

• Rotates between various departments learning all functions in the distribution center
• Acquires in‑depth and a complete knowledge of the workflow within the distribution center.
• Follows a logical program from receipt of product in the DC, receipt of customer orders to the shipment of product to our customers.
• Will be required to answer specific questions about each functional area in the distribution center to ensure understanding of all processes.
• Works with Engineering and Distribution Management to develop knowledge of training principles, methods, and work measurement.
• Develops an understanding and firsthand knowledge of the different operations performed in the distribution center.
• Become familiar with policies and procedures within the distribution center.
• Become familiar with Kontoor's safety structure and policies.
• Completes special projects as assigned by management.
• Will be required to perform various warehouse processes during the training period and required to learn the expectations of all warehouse operations.
• Will be key personnel in implementation of new warehouse systems.
• Some travel required.
