• Acts as point-of-contact for escalated issues and ensures warehousing functions run smoothly.
• Identifies process improvements to enhance DC performance and department effectiveness.
• Evaluates the DC’s alignment for efficiency and inventory management.
• Ensures a clean and safe work environment; enforces company safety policies.
• Completes paperwork and productivity reports.
