Job summary

Victoria’s Secret Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team of associates on the distribution floor, driving safety, coaching, and operational excellence from factory to customer.

You will partner with senior operations leaders to implement best practices, develop talent and deliver results, while fostering an open, collaborative culture. Hours are Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays from 3:45 PM to 2:15 AM with overtime as needed.

Hours are Saturday Sunday and Monday - 345pm to 215am and overtime as needed

• Deliberate presence on distribution floor to build operational awareness and associate relationships


• Recognizes associates direct feedback and recognition programs


• Coaches associates to maximize performance using established coaching methods, focusing on behaviors and results that drive learning and performance

• Manages and drives business objectives; develops and executes plans to achieve results, remains agile to adapt to change.


• Monitors Warehouse Management (WM) system and associated outputs; handles related issues


• Proactively monitors, communicates and reacts to departmental changes/issues


• Identifies opportunities for innovation
