Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc. in Salem, OR is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, stage and load pallets of finished products for transport. The role includes forklift operation, basic math, and complying with safety guidelines in a wet/dry environment.

Responsibilities cover loading/unloading trucks, maintaining accurate paperwork, and supporting raw materials as needed. English/Spanish bilingual skills are preferred; warehouse experience is required for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is required.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• The position will be required to perform basic math.
• English/Spanish bilingual is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Picks, stocks, and stages pallets of finished products according to company policies.
• Loads and unloads trucks with pallets of finished products.
• Rotates, wraps, and prepares products according to company and customer guidelines.
• Moves products and pallets using a forklift or pallet jack.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Maintains and files paperwork received from common carriers.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Assists in the raw materials warehouse as needed.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required due to working with people, items and equipment that are at the facility.
