Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise various distribution center tasks to ensure goods are shipped, received, stored, and recorded accurately.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and optimize cost effectiveness.
• Analyze warehouse metrics and prepare reports using Microsoft Office and existing systems.
• Supervise and lead a team.
• Monitor and adjust employee schedules and workloads to enhance efficiencies and ensure high-priority tasks are achieved.
• Participate in the hiring process and management of distribution center staff.
• Maintain a culture of safety aligned with HS&E policies.
