Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related supervisory/management experience.
• 4+ years of related job experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills.
• Professional safety, environmental, and DOT management experience.
• Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations; general knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise distribution center tasks to ensure accurate shipping, receiving, storage and recording.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and optimize cost effectiveness.
• Analyze warehouse metrics and prepare reports.
• Lead and motivate a team; manage schedules and workloads.
• Participate in hiring and manage staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and safety compliance.
