• Trains and provides tools and equipment for safe and efficient completion of tasks.
• Acts as a point-of-contact for escalated issues and ensures smooth warehousing operations.
• Identifies opportunities to improve processes to enhance DC performance and department effectiveness.
• Evaluates the DC’s alignment for efficiency and inventory management.
• Ensures cleanliness and adherence to safety policies by all associates.
• Completes paperwork and productivity reports.
