We are a Parts Store and SO much more, looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! This role involves managing parts in our warehouse/stockroom and ensuring they reach our stores efficiently. Your work will make a real difference by getting customers the parts they need.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Expedite incoming and outgoing freight, including receiving, stocking, pulling, staging, loading, and shipping.
- Process inventory and optimize warehouse space.
- Check, verify, load, stock, and pull inventory to fulfill store and customer orders.
- Unpack incoming shipments from suppliers.
- Accurately pick all types of orders, route products appropriately, and meet set quotas.
- Use electronic scan-guns, review orders for accuracy, and ensure safe packing and proper labeling per regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the facility, dispose of packing materials properly, and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Perform daily inspections of equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Complete required documentation and reports.

What You’ll Need
- Experience in a warehouse or distribution center; RF scanning experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds with aids.
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and move parts safely.
- Physical ability to bend, reach, climb, and work quickly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read/write clearly.
- Must work in a drug-free environment.
