Join to apply for the Distribution Center Stockroom Associate role at NAPA Auto Parts.

We are a Parts Store and much more, looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! This role as a Warehouse Associate involves ensuring the efficient movement of parts from our warehouse to our stores, making a difference in customers' lives by providing them with the parts they need.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Expedite incoming and outgoing freight in our warehouse, including receiving, stocking, pulling, staging, loading, and shipping.
2. Process inventory and optimize warehouse space.
3. Check, verify, load, stock, and pull inventory to fulfill store and customer orders.
4. Unpack incoming shipments from suppliers.
5. Accurately pick all types of orders, route products appropriately, and meet management-set quotas.
6. Use electronic scan-guns, review outbound orders for accuracy, ensure safe packing, and label shipments according to standards.
7. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the facility, dispose of packing materials, and follow safety protocols, including hazardous materials handling.
8. Inspect equipment daily, including lift gates, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
9. Operate warehouse machinery safely and effectively.
10. Complete required documentation and reports.

What You’ll Need

• Experience in a distribution or warehouse environment; RF scanning experience is a plus but not necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds using mechanical aids.
• Capability to move heavy equipment with appropriate aids.
• Ability to reach high shelves and bend to ground level.
• Basic knowledge of part numbers and line codes.
• Computer literacy.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to perform tasks quickly and safely.
• Must work in a drug-free environment.
