Job summary

Fisher's Technology, a Loffler Company, is seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Specialist to join our Boise Distribution Team. You will provide ongoing maintenance support, complete projects, and assist with Distribution Center processes at our Boise office and facility.

Responsibilities include interior maintenance, exterior upkeep, warehouse support, equipment operation, and collaboration with drivers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with general building maintenance, hand tools, or handyman work.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for local deliveries.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong data entry skills and ability to communicate via email/Teams.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform warehouse tasks.
• Ability to work at elevated heights and in varying temperatures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, and teamwork.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior maintenance and minor repairs such as drywall patching, paint touch-ups, light fixture replacements, furniture assembly, cobweb removal, and basic hardware fixes.

• Uphold a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Identify facility maintenance issues and address or elevate them proactively.
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and organizing shipments of office equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
• Perform emergency toner deliveries and assist with delivering and installing office equipment.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to support daily operations.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Facilities and Maintenance Specialist to joinour Boise Distribution Team.In this essential role, you will provide ongoing maintenance support and complete specific projects and/orodd jobs" at our Boise office and internal Distribution Center, and assist with general Distribution Center processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

Building Maintenance & Facility Upkeep:

• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming shipments of office equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
• Perform emergency toner deliveries and assist with delivering and installing office equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with warehouse associates, drivers, and administrative staff to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with general building maintenance, hand tools, or handyman work.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (for occasional local deliveries).
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• High attention to detail with accurate and efficient data entry skills, must be able to effectively communicate key information via email and Teams message.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
• Ability to safely work at elevated heights on ladders, stepladders, scaffolding, roofs, or boom lifts.
• Comfort working in varying temperature conditions (internal temp follows the seasons).
• Flexibility to switch between indoor/outdoor tasks and standard warehouse duties as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
