• KPI-driven leadership: analyze KPIs like Cost Per Carton, Productivity, and Downtime to improve performance.
• Effective communication: lead shift handovers and keep stakeholders aligned on goals.
• Operational oversight: supervise shipping, receiving, and sorting to meet daily targets.
• Workforce optimization: balance workloads and adjust labor deployment in real time.
• Training & development: onboard new associates and provide ongoing skill development.
• Performance coaching: conduct evaluations and give feedback for continuous improvement.
• Problem resolution: identify and resolve issues using data and root cause analysis.
• Safety leadership: monitor safety, conduct safety walks, address hazards.
• Automation coordination & floor execution: oversee operations with automated equipment and resolve minor system issues.
