Qualifications

• 2+ years warehousing experience.
• Previous Lead experience.
• Ability to lead others in a positive work environment.
• Ability to overcome obstacles to meet timelines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Learns quickly and adapts to changing needs.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• KPI-driven leadership to guide team performance.
• Ensure clear shift handovers and stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and sorting to meet targets.
• Balance workloads and adjust labor deployment.
• Onboard and train associates for safety and growth.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Resolve operational issues using KPI data.
• Promote a strong safety culture and incident prevention.
• Coordinate automation and floor execution, including AGVs/AMRs.
