ArchPoint is seeking a Distribution Center Receiving Associate I in Schertz, TX. This role supports receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, packing, and shipping within a safety-sensitive environment.
The position requires forklift operation, warehouse experience, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will work closely with the Receiving lead and Ops Manager to ensure accurate inventory and efficient warehouse operations.

This position has been designated as a Safety-Sensitive Position. ArchPoint has determined that all Distribution Center positions, other than office-based roles, are Safety-Sensitive Positions because the essential functions require operating forklifts, working with machinery, and performing tasks at heights and/or in confined spaces.
Supports the operations of the distribution center and reports to the Receiving lead and Ops Manager. Responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and material, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock.

Because this is a Safety-Sensitive Position, employees must be able to perform all essential job functions safely and without impairment.
“Under the Influence” refers to a state in which an employee’s physical or mental faculties are impaired, to any degree, as a result of the use of alcohol, drugs, or other substances.
While certain states have enacted laws permitting the medical and/or recreational use of marijuana (“State Marijuana Laws”), such laws do not permit employees to report to work or perform job duties while Under the Influence.
