Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Waco, TX is hosting its Summer 2027 Distribution Center Internship Program. This onsite, 11-week program begins in May 2027 and exposes you to day-to-day DC operations while developing leadership skills.

You will gain hands-on experience in the operations that fuel our success and learn about our culture. We offer mentorship from experienced leaders, developmental opportunities, a full-time 40-hour weekly schedule, a competitive hourly pay rate, and relocation support

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in, or recently graduated from, an accredited university at the time of the internship; rising seniors preferred
• Must be able to relocate to and live in the Waco, TX area for the duration of the internship
• Completion of coursework in supply chain, distribution center operations, logistics, transportation, or general management is preferred
• Previous internship or industry experience is a plus
• Proficient with basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Overall Job Summary

Tractor Supply Company is currently hiring for our Waco, TX2027Summer Distribution Center Internship Program!This is an onsite,11-weekprogram beginning in May 2027.

The Tractor Supply Distribution Center (DC) Internship Program cultivatesstudents professional and personal growth through exposure to day-to-day operations at our Waco, TX DC. In just 11 weeks, you will have the opportunity to get hands-on with the operations that fuel our success, gain leadership experience, and learn firsthand about our organization and culture. The purpose of our DC Internship Program is to develop the next generation of leaders to support our DCoperationsserving as the first step toward becoming a DC Supervisor.

• Ability to work in a physical environment that is subject to temperature extremes, movement of mobile and fixed equipment, and other conditions associated with a warehouse operation
