Job summary

American Tire Distributors is seeking a warehouse operations supervisor to lead day-to-day activities for warehouse and delivery teams across shifts. You will onboard and train staff, coach performance, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires a high school diploma and 5 years related experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity, with strong planning, inventory, and scheduling skills.

Position Description: $58,960/YR - $90,000/YR

Key Responsibilities

Handling of tires (e.g., rolling, destacking, team lifting) greater than approximately 50 pounds.

  • Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
