Paycom Distribution Center in Wilmer, TX seeks a Distribution Center Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold safety and efficiency in line with budgets and company policies.

You will oversee inbound receiving, returns, inventory control, and outbound shipping while directing staff across shifts, driving workforce planning and continuous improvement to meet business needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in warehousing/distribution/logistics.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience.
• Extensive experience in Warehouse Management, WMS, ERP and warehouse automation.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience writing Logistics/Warehousing SOPs.
• Strong analytical skills and budgeting experience.
• Continuous improvement focus.
• Excellent customer service, team and communication skills.
• Experience with equipment operation including forklift, clamp trucks, pallet jacks.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound freight and receiving, returns, inventory control, and outbound parcel and freight.
• Primary contact for Almo functional areas to resolve customer issues and logistics matters.
• Lead a team of employees, leads and supervisors, guiding workforce planning and scheduling for peak seasons.
• Direct and coordinate activities to maintain efficient storage and flow of materials with accurate inventory.
• Lead safety culture at the distribution center and ensure safety procedures.
• Design and maintain schedules to move merchandise safely, on time, with minimal damage.
• Train staff on safe loading/unloading methods and adherence to safety policies.
• Maintain teamwork, talent recruitment and retention to uphold quality and efficiency.
• Monitor stock levels, delivery times, and transportation costs; collaborate with Sales to optimize orders.
• Analyze data to monitor performance and implement improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
