Responsibilities

• Manage staff to ensure timely processing and distribution of merchandise to stores.
• Ensure quality and integrity of production records, reports and numbers.
• Establish area objectives and coach Area Supervisors to reach productivity goals.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day problems and plan long-term resolutions.
• Provide operational guidance in organizing and prioritizing daily work and staffing needs.
