Job summary

Neenah Foundry Company is seeking a Distribution Center support professional in Phoenix to assist in inventory management and order processing. You will operate a forklift, support shipping, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include data entry, post-order activities, and supporting the DC Supervisor. A High School diploma is required; associates/bachelors in business or SCM is a plus. Forklift experience is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in business, customer service or supply chain management is a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service or supply chain operations depending on education.
• Strong computer skills and analytics.
• Experience in a distribution or customer service role preferred.
• Forklift operation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in finished goods inventory management.
• Operate and maintain forklift; backup for Yard Utility personnel.
• Provide sales support via email, quotes, calls, and walk-ins.
• Coordinate with Distribution, Field Sales, Shipping, Inside Sales, Finance, and other departments.
• Enter customer orders and manage inventory data daily.
• Handle post-order tasks like returns and debits/credits.
• Schedule inbound/outbound transportation and customer pickups.
• Adhere to credit policies and assist DC Supervisor.
• Support DC and company development and success.
• Fill in as DC Manager when needed.
