Job summary

Integrated Home Care Services (IHCS) seeks a Branch Manager to lead the assigned branch, drive operations, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will oversee staff, optimize day-to-day processes, and strengthen relationships with customers and the local community.

You will manage budgets, deliver excellent patient experience, and uphold IHCS's commitment to quality care and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and / or three to five years of office experience, including supervisory responsibility and delivery experience.
• Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in branch operations, retail management, financial services, healthcare, distribution, or a comparable customer-focused environment.
• Two years of direct supervisory or management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee development.
• Demonstrated experience managing operational performance, budgets, staffing levels, productivity, service quality, and KPIs.
• Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office products.
