Integrated Home Care Services, Inc. in Tampa seeks a Branch Manager to lead operations, ensure quality patient care, and drive financial performance in the home health network.

You will develop staff, manage budgets and KPIs, foster strong community relations, and guarantee regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3–5 years of office experience, including supervisory responsibility and delivery experience.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in branch operations, retail management, financial services, healthcare, distribution, or a comparable customer-focused environment.
• Two years of direct supervisory or management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee development.
• Demonstrated experience managing operational performance, budgets, staffing levels, productivity, service quality, and key performance indicators.
• Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Registers or Certified Respiratory Therapist a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch's overall leadership, operational performance, financial results, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.
• Direct and develop branch employees, ensure efficient day-to-day operations, and implement strategies to achieve business goals.

What will you be doing
