The GM isresponsiblefor theprofitabilityofthe distributioncenter andmakescertainallprocessesandproceduresarefollowedefficiently. Specifically, the GM isaccountablefor sales,expensemanagement, people management, andinventorymanagement.

Accountfordailyexecutionofcompanydefinedprogramprocesses.
Monitormeasurementsagainstbudget, and/ortargetsofkeyperformancemetrics.
Reviewcostofoperations andenhanceprofitabilityofDoor Center,includingsales calls.
Staff,develop, supervise, anddirectallexemptDoor Centerpersonnel, andhourlyofficestaff.
LeadContinuousImprovementeffortsat thelocation.
Overseeandverifytheaccuracyofincomingandoutgoingshipments, handlingand dispositionofmerchandise, andkeepingofwarehouseinventory.
Ensurethatcorporateprogramsregardingsafety,security,careofequipment, andfacilityareenforced;therebyguaranteeingOSHAcompliance.

Workingconditionsandexperience:
Highattention todetailandaccuracy.

Requirements:
Priorwarehousemanagementexperiencerequired(minimum 3yearspreferred).
Experienceworkingwithbudgets, P&Lstatements, andlogistics.
Experienceworkingwithexternalcustomersin aflow-throughwarehouse.
Verbal,written,and interpersonalskillsfor sales.
Goodsupervisory,leadership, andmotivationalskills.
Collegeeducationorrelatedexperience.
Validdriver'slicense.
Mechanicalaptitude/powertools.
