Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in distribution/warehouse operations.
• Experience supervising staff and managing performance.
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems and standard business practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise distribution center operations across shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, packing, and storage.
• Coordinate space requirements and schedule storage, delivery, and distribution activities.
• Evaluate and maintain workplace safety procedures through audits and reporting.
• Assess equipment maintenance needs and ensure documentation of services.
• Support budgeting, staffing, and special projects to improve logistics excellence.
• Lead hiring, scheduling, performance management, and corrective actions.
• Assign work, monitor progress, and resolve day-to-day issues with sound judgment.
• Collaborate with department supervisors, team leads, and external contractors as needed.
