Job summary

OmniCable is seeking a high-energy Distribution Center Lead to drive daily DC operations and lead by example at our Denver-area distribution center. You will oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and carrier selection while coordinating with sales to meet customer requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on management, safety focus, and the ability to train staff in a fast-paced environment. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States, 18+ with HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills and experience with RF technology and WMS systems.
• High energy, dependability, teamwork, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Process daily orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction; multitask multiple priorities.
• Become the DC subject matter expert on receiving, picking, cutting, striping, shipping, and carrier selection.
• Support DC Manager on facilities, safety, security, maintenance, inventory control.
• Lead team in absence of local Manager on an as needed basis.
• Work with local and national sales teams to meet customer order requirements in a timely manner.
• Assist in staff training and development; ensure procedures are followed.
• Open/Close facility as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
